FCC Kicks Off Speaker Series Featuring Innovation in Accessible Technologies - July 16

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) kicks off its new "Accessibility & Innovation Initiative Speaker Series" tomorrow, July 16, 2013 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. in Washington, DC. This series will examine innovation in accessible communications technologies that will benefit people with hearing and speech disabilities. Colorado Professor Clayton Lewis will present "The Future of Inclusive Design Online" on July 16, which will be followed by a demonstration of accessible technology solutions. A free webcast of the live event, with open captioning over the Internet, will be available at FCC.gov/live.
